C.V's need to convert

They need to be focused & concise and they must answer the question that the employer is asking. Your C.V needs to tell them that YOU are the solution to their problem and it also needs to explain why.

Most people undersell themselves or just don't answer the question being asked in the job ad. By doing this, you are costing yourself some fantastic opportunities.

We are in a competitive job market with rising unemployment. Can you afford to miss out on opportunities that you deserve?

My journey

I'm the head of Projects & Programmes for a fantastic company. For the last 8 years, I have been a hiring manager for my department. From that experience, I KNOW that I'm missing out on valuable candidates because their C.V's are just not showcasing what they are truly capable of delivering.

Ten years ago, I was in the exact same place. I had a C.V that was working against me rather than for me. After an 11 month period of unemployment (despite good qualifications & experience) I started to look at CV's more carefully and break them down section by section to understand how they worked.

It took a lot of trial and error, but my C.V started to convert pretty quickly. The opportunities grew in magnitude and I started landing the jobs I wanted with the companies I wanted to work for.

For the last 6 years, I have coached candidates one on one and now I've taken all my knowledge, experience and skills, as both a candidate and hiring manager, and packed them into this course to help others.

Can you afford to continue underselling yourself like I did or is it time for you to create a C.V that converts to get the roles that YOU want and deserve?
